Happy Thanksgiving! Today is a day of reflection, to give thanks for what we have and the people in our lives. I am so lucky to have a wonderful family and group of friends in both lives.
My boyfriend Jayson is my constant and he keeps this flighty chick grounded. He is generous, supportive and most of all understanding. We have been together for over 8 months now and I must say, we get better and better with time. I used to be easily bored with boys in Second Life and after having had my share of SL “relationships” (coughs), I can honestly say that when you find your soulmate, you just know. It is easy to be you…and for this I thank you baby.
My Second Life Family is extended….lol
First, my gorgeous sister Areanna. She is hilarious and fun and although we don’t spend as much time together as we should I love her to bits. She is a creative soul and her photography speaks volumes. Along with my next family member, Suite, she owns a retail store in Second Life called DieNasty. Now for my Suiteness…this beautiful woman married my diva brother and is a force to be reckoned with. She is strong yet sweet and I know that she is genuine and original. Suite is also a photog and her studio is Sinfully.Unique.Images. TALENTED is an understatement when it comes to these two.
My brother Leland….DIVA. He is the one person I know who can tell you exactly what someone’s about and give you his advice (yes, he is always right) whether you want it or not. I don’t see him much anymore but I will always be his bratty sister and he knows this.
Summerr….this chick has quickly become one of my closest friends after I knowing her for what seems like forever. She is very much a sister to me and I will take care of her poor ass for as long as she lets me. She lends me her ear on everything and I trust her with my Second Life. Summerr is fun, silly and can always mke me laugh even when I am stressed.
Lastly, Maj Mode. Maj is by far the most real person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has been my partner and my mom in this crazy life. Most of all Maj is my closest friend. She is the one person that I know I will never delete from my life. I love her like she is my blood and will and have fought those who mistreat her. She is SO AMAZINGLY TALENTED in real life, her creative spirit inspires me and her warm personality is contagious. By far thee funniest person I have ever met.
Now….HAIR!! I am thankful for all of you wonderful creators in Second Life. You have no idea the happiness I feel running around in your demos and opening your 20 boxes as soon as I get home.
